PP1362D is a wax with uniform particle distribution and easy dispersion, mainly used for matting, reducing the coefficient of friction, and improving scratch resistance. In coatings, foil paints, and printing inks, it exhibits the following characteristics:
◆    Combined with other special polymers, it can achieve a silky effect
◆    High melting point provides good anti-blocking properties to the coating film
◆    Scratch resistance and resistance to metal scratches
◆    Matting
◆    Reduces sedimentation of silica matting agents

Addition Method   
1362D is easy to disperse and can be mixed uniformly with common stirrers. However, when the viscosity is very low, dispersion or sand mill dispersion is required. When producing a thick slurry, the concentration should be about 25-30%.
Dosage    
For matting, add 1-5% of the total formulation. When mixed with wax/fumed silica at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4, it provides excellent matting effects.
          
To improve slip and scratch resistance, add 0.1-2.5% of the total formulation.
