Shift-Based Real-Time Attendance Location System

Pengho Field Service is a software application used on Android smartphones, Apple smartphones, vehicle GPS devices, mobile GPS devices, and other equipment. It provides services such as real-time positioning, activity tracking, electronic fencing, security assurance, and attendance management.

Real-Time Check-In: Employees use the "Check-In" feature in the mobile client software, which automatically generates their clock-in and clock-out attendance records. It provides detailed information on late arrivals, early departures, and current real-time attendance data.

Work Shifts: Suitable for employees working in shifts. For example, organizations with lunch breaks can set separate clock-in and clock-out times for morning and afternoon sessions. It is also suitable for shift workers within the same organization, allowing different start and end times to be configured.

Real-Time Location: Utilizes GPS and mobile signals to obtain location data, ensuring the terminal device's position is displayed in real time.

Trajectory Query: Automatically records and allows users to query historical activity trajectories at any time. The server stores trajectory information for no less than 60 days, providing query and download capabilities.

Electronic Fence: Customize various shapes of alert areas, including points, rectangles, circles, and polygons. Set alerts for entering or leaving the electronic fence area.

Location Details: Records detailed location information, including specific time, address, speed, distance from the previous location point, and duration of stay at each point. All data can be exported and downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.

Check-In Records: Automatically records "Check-In" data from mobile users. The mobile terminal program displays the current time, latitude and longitude of the location point, and the current address information. All data can be exported and downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.
