1. Concentrated masterbatch and filler masterbatch. Used as a dispersant in the processing of color masterbatch, widely applied in polyolefin color masterbatch. It has good compatibility with resins such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polypropylene, and exhibits excellent external and internal lubrication effects.
2. PVC profiles, pipes, and composite stabilizers. Serves as a dispersant, lubricant, and brightener in the molding processes of PVC profiles, pipes, fittings, and PE/PP. It enhances the degree of plastification, improves the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products, and is widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizers.
3. Inks. Offers good light and chemical resistance, can act as a carrier for pigments, improves the wear resistance of paints and inks, enhances the dispersion of pigments and fillers, and provides excellent anti-settling properties. It can be used as a flatting agent in paints and inks, giving the products good gloss and a three-dimensional effect.
4. Wax products. Widely used in the production of various wax products such as floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, and pens. It increases the softening point of wax products, enhances their strength, and improves surface gloss.
5. Cable materials. Used as a lubricant for cable insulation materials, it enhances the dispersion of fillers, increases extrusion molding speed, improves mold flow, and facilitates demolding.
6. Hot melt products. Applied in various hot melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, and road marking paints. It acts as a dispersant, provides good anti-settling properties, and imparts good gloss and a three-dimensional effect to the products.
7. Rubber. Serves as a processing aid in rubber, enhancing filler dispersion, increasing extrusion molding speed, improving mold flow, facilitating demolding, and enhancing the surface brightness and smoothness of products after demolding.
8. Cosmetics. Imparts good gloss and a three-dimensional effect to the products.
9. Injection molding. Saves machine power through lubrication and enhances the surface gloss of the products.
