Polyethylene Wax

Low molecular weight polyethylene wax products produced by polymerization process are highly efficient dispersants specifically designed for the production of color masterbatches, pigment dispersion, and other processes requiring such properties. As an excellent dispersant, it exhibits the following characteristics in the production of color masterbatches and pigment dispersion:

1 Concentrated effective molecular weight: The molecular weight distribution is concentrated, which helps improve dispersion effectiveness and coloring power. Under certain dispersion requirements, the addition amount can be reduced.

2 Excellent heat resistance and thermal stability.

3 Moderate melting point and viscosity matching, which contributes to shear force characteristics. In the production of color masterbatches, it not only provides good compatibility and fluidity but also has moderate viscosity, increasing shear force and improving dispersibility.

4 Good wettability with various pigments, especially in the formulation of high-concentration color masterbatches and difficult-to-disperse pigments, demonstrating the excellent dispersing performance of polyethylene wax.
