It is suitable for temperature and time control during the expansion testing of sand and gravel aggregates.
   The test chamber consists of the chamber body, temperature and time control instrument, heating tube, drain hole, water pump, overflow hole, shelf, etc. The inner tank of the chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, the outer shell is finished with stainless steel polishing and frosting, the insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam, the chamber opening is equipped with a water seal groove, and the chamber cover has a temperature measurement hole, providing excellent corrosion resistance, rust resistance, insulation, and automatic temperature control functions.
    The intelligent temperature and time control instrument heats via a stainless steel heating tube to the lower limit temperature, maintains a constant temperature with a return difference, and heats when the temperature falls below the given lower limit. When the control time is reached, the buzzer sounds to indicate the completion of the test.
