II. Performance
Emulan LVA pesticide synergist is a non-ionic surfactant product from German BASF; developed by BASF, Emulan LVA is used to enhance the efficiency of spray pesticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers, providing benefits such as enhanced efficacy and savings for farmers, while also being environmentally friendly. Its advantages include: biodegradable (OECD 301 A-F), low aquatic toxicity: algae EC50: 10-100 mg/l, no gel formation upon dilution, low foam for easy spraying, and rapid wetting, dispersion, and penetration of agents on plant surfaces.
III. Applications
Emulan LVA can be added to all plant protection chemicals (e.g., pesticides, fungicides, foliar fertilizers, etc.), facilitating the spraying of pesticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers on fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, flowers, or for disease control in farms; the addition of Emulan LVA improves spray coverage and extends the efficacy of the agents.
Mode of action: Emulan LVA effectively reduces the surface tension of spray droplets, increasing the adhesion of pesticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers to leaf surfaces, preventing waste caused by large droplets falling off leaves.
When Emulan LVA is added to spray solutions, the wetting, dispersion, and penetration on plants are significantly improved, forming a continuous and uniform film on "waxy" or "hairy" plant leaves and buds. Due to its excellent adhesion, Emulan LVA significantly enhances the persistence of a single spray application and is unaffected by water hardness.
The use of Emulan LVA significantly improves rainfastness, has good compatibility with commonly used pesticides (including organic and inorganic formulations), and is non-harmful to plants.
Emulan LVA can be added to spray pesticides such as: fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, growth regulators, and foliar fertilizers.
Dosage: The typical usage is approximately 250 ml of Emulan LVA per hectare (10,000 m2); or an average of 15 ml of Emulan LVA per 10 liters of water.
