BASOROL 17R4 is a low-foaming nonionic PO-EO-PO block copolymer.

It can be used as a low-foaming surfactant in machine wash detergents and rinse aids. It is applicable in industrial cleaners for removing iron chips and flakes from machinery. It serves as a lubricant in synthetic metalworking fluids, release agents, and synthetic spin finishes. Particularly at slightly elevated temperatures, they act as effective lubricants and are easily washable. They do not form tar-like residues at high temperatures.
