II. Product Performance
SKYBIO 3130 is an effective antifungal agent with broad-spectrum activity against fungal organisms; low toxicity, high purity, stable under high temperature and UV light; recommended for diverse applications; slightly irritating to skin and eyes. This antifungal agent is free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, phenols, amines, sulfides, as well as chelating agents like EDTA and isothiazolinones.
III. Product Applications
This product can be used alone or in combination with other fungicides; it shows compatibility with typical preservatives under formulation conditions. However, it is recommended to avoid any heating temperature exceeding (>40°C) during the formulation process. It is advised to test the compatibility of the product with its raw materials.
Hair-related products: Shampoo, recommended dosage: 0.5% – 1.0%;
Skin-related products: Lotions, (skincare) creams, etc., recommended dosage: 0.25% - 0.6%;
Various related raw materials: Recommended dosage: 0.25% - 1.0%.
The specific addition amount should be determined through testing under application conditions; the exact dosage should be confirmed based on tests for fungicidal efficacy, stability, and compatibility before use.
IV. Packaging
20kg/plastic drum. The packaging container must indicate the product name, specifications, net weight, batch number, and manufacturer name.
V. Shelf Life
This product should be handled with care during transportation to prevent damage.
Under general conditions, storage temperature >0°C; the shelf life of this product in its original sealed container is 12 months. Keep the container tightly closed. Store in a dry, room-temperature environment. Avoid direct sunlight and protect from light exposure.
