Sokalan PA 25 CL is a sodium polyacrylate salt; this product is an anionic polyelectrolyte and should not be combined with cationic polyelectrolytes; it is a low molecular weight, colorless to amber clear or slightly cloudy liquid; soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol, acetic acid, dioxane; insoluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, diethyl ether, and other non-polar solvents.
