Product Features: Efficient reverse demulsifier, which can easily adsorb at the oil-water interface, and has functions such as flocculation and coalescence for O/W emulsions, thus providing excellent reverse demulsification and water purification. Mainly used for the treatment of oily wastewater in oilfields, it can be added directly or after dilution, with a typical usage concentration of 10–100 ppm. Features: a. The product is a liquid, making transportation and on-site operations more convenient. b. Rapid hydration and dispersion in most aqueous solutions, avoiding clumping. c. Easy to prepare, can be directly added to brine. d. Excellent water clarification effect. III. Usage Instructions: 1. Add 10–100 ppm (specific dosage can be determined based on field tests) to oily wastewater, stir for 1–2 minutes, and rapid demulsification can be achieved. 2. This demulsifier has a synergistic effect. Adding 5–100 ppm of PAC before or after the demulsifier can quickly clarify the water quality. IV. Product Packaging: This product is packaged in 200 kg plastic drums. The drum label indicates the product name, specifications, execution standard, production batch number, net weight, and manufacturer name. V. Transportation and Storage: This product should be stored in sealed plastic drums, kept in a dark, well-ventilated, dry, and cool place. During transportation, handle with care, avoid impact, and prevent damage. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
