1. Product Features

The PDM-810MR series intelligent motor protection controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is suitable for protecting motors with various rated currents, operating at AC 50Hz and rated working voltage up to 690V. It provides protection against hazards caused by short circuits, locked rotors, overloads, underloads, phase loss/imbalance, ground/leakage faults, over/under voltage, TE time, and external faults. Additionally, it features measurement, operational control, diagnostic maintenance, alarm output, analog output, and network communication (telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment) functions. The PDM-810MR series motor protection controller adopts various installation methods, including integrated, split-type, panel-mounted, and rail-mounted designs, making it suitable for various low-voltage control cabinets and 1/4 module or larger drawer cabinets. It is easy to install and maintain, offers multiple electrical parameter measurements and protection functions, supports local, remote, and DCS control modes, and integrates communication to achieve "four remote" functions. It also supports a Chinese human-machine interface for convenient data querying and fault recording, effectively reducing operational and maintenance costs caused by motor failures.
