CSC-282 Digital Station Service Transformer Protection (Measurement and Control) Device
6.1 Device Overview
This device is suitable for the protection and measurement and control of station service transformers in substations or factory-use transformers in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and can be installed locally in switchgear cabinets.
6.1.1 Protection Functions
a) Three-stage definite-time overcurrent protection, with overcurrent stage III configurable as inverse-time;
b) Two-stage high-voltage side zero-sequence current protection;
c) Three-stage low-voltage side zero-sequence current protection, with zero-sequence current stage III configurable as inverse-time;
d) Current acceleration protection;
e) Overload alarm;
f) Undervoltage protection;
g) Non-electrical protection (4 non-electrical protections).
6.1.2 Measurement and Control Functions
a) 16-channel digital input for telemetry collection, device status change telemetry, and fault telemetry;
b) Remote control of normal circuit breaker opening and closing;
c) Telemetry of analog quantities such as Ua, Ub, Uc, Uab, Ubc, Uca, Ia, Ic, I0L, I0H, P, Q, cos?, f;
d) Various event SOE, etc.
6.1.3 Other Functions
a) PT broken wire alarm;
b) Control circuit broken wire alarm;
c) Spring not charged alarm;
d) 5 setting groups.
