Beijing Sifang CSD-211 Line Protection and Control Device

Device Introduction

The CSD-211 is a line protection and control device suitable for neutral point non-direct grounding systems with voltage levels below 110kV, and can be installed locally in switchgear cabinets.

1.1.1 Protection Functions

a) Three-stage overcurrent protection, each stage can be configured with undervoltage blocking element, negative voltage blocking element, and directional element;

b) Three-stage zero-sequence overcurrent protection, each stage can be configured with zero-voltage blocking element and directional element;

c) Acceleration protection;

d) Underfrequency load shedding;

e) Undervoltage protection, which can be set as undervoltage load shedding characteristic or loss of voltage characteristic;

f) Overload protection;

g) F-C overcurrent blocking protection function;

h) Cascade signaling element, with optional directional element;

i) Cascade tripping element, with optional undervoltage blocking element and negative voltage blocking element.

2.1.2 Measurement and Control Functions

a) At least 18 channels of digital input telemetry acquisition (expandable), device status change telemetry, and fault telemetry;

b) Normal circuit breaker remote control opening/closing, and small current grounding detection remote control opening/closing;

c) Telemetry of analog quantities such as Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ib, Ic, Uab, Ubc, Uca, P, Pa, Pb, Pc, Q, Qa, Qb, Qc, COSφ, ?;

d) Metering measurements of phase voltages, currents, active power, reactive power, power factor, etc.;

e) Energy data such as forward/reverse active power, quadrant reactive power, phase active power, etc.;

f) Demand data such as forward/reverse active power, phase active power, etc.;

g) Event SOE recording.

a) PT broken wire alarm;

b) Control circuit broken wire alarm;

c) Spring not charged alarm;

d) Fault recording;

e) 32 setting groups;

f) 4-20mA function.
