Fly ash special cast iron electric ash discharge valve, stainless steel ash discharge valve, explosion-proof ash discharge valve, star-type discharger(also known as rigid wheel feeder, star-type feeder, airlock feeder, rotary feeder, etc.) is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other departments as the hopper discharge device for various dust removal equipment. It relies on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder's working mechanism to discharge the material in the bin and continuously and evenly feed it into the next device. It can also be used as a feeding and discharging device for various mills, dryers, silos and other equipment, suitable for dry powder and small granular materials.

The discharge device is divided into three parts: motor, cycloidal pinwheel reducer and rotary ash discharge valve.

The front and rear end covers have good sealing performance, preventing dust leakage and extending the service life of moving parts and the lubrication system. (4) Strong overload capacity, small impact inertia force, suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse rotation. (5) According to user needs, special dedicated motors can be configured, such as explosion-proof, frequency conversion, speed regulation, marine motors, etc., to meet special user requirements. In terms of material, special processing can also be carried out according to user needs, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stainless steel, flexible blades, explosion-proof impellers, etc.

Precautions for use: 1. Before using the star-type discharger, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace with new oil after one month of operation, and then change the oil once a year thereafter. 2.
