2. Molecular weight: 1004.64.
3. Characteristics: A mixture composed of different calcium phosphates, with an approximate composition of 10 CaO·3P2O5·H2O. White amorphous powder, odorless and tasteless. Relative density 3.18. Difficult to dissolve in water, easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Stable in air.
4. Quality standards: HG2789-1996, FCC-V, E341(iii)
5. Uses: In the food industry, it is used as an anti-caking agent, nutritional supplement (calcium fortification), pH regulator, buffer, etc. For example, as an anti-caking agent (dispersant) for flour, an additive for milk powder, candy, pudding, condiments, meat, an animal oil refining aid, yeast feed, etc.
6. Packaging: Lined with plastic bags, outer composite plastic woven bags, net weight 25kg per bag.
7. Storage and transportation precautions: This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent packaging damage and moisture. Store separately from toxic substances.
