They are widely used in the coloring of daily-use plastics, bobbin materials, industrial oils, paints, inks, and masterbatches. Some varieties are suitable for coloring and spinning of chemical fibers, polyester, nylon, and acetate fibers.

Application Range

High-grade plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or mixed in specific proportions to achieve various color tones as needed.

Dye Application

When these dyes dissolve in molten plastic, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed for pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted as required. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright and transparent color tones. When combined with an appropriate amount of titanium white powder and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque color tones can be achieved. The dosage can be determined based on needs, with typical usage being 0.02%-0.05% for transparent tones and around 0.1% for opaque tones.
