They are widely used in the coloring of daily-use plastics, bobbin materials, industrial greases, paints, inks, masterbatches, and other materials. Some varieties are suitable for coloring and spinning of chemical fibers, polyester, nylon, acetate fibers, etc.

Application Range

Advanced plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or blended in various proportions to achieve desired color tones.

Dye Application

When these dyes dissolve in molten plastic, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed before pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted as needed. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright and transparent tones. When combined with an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque tones can be achieved. The dosage can be customized based on requirements; transparent tones generally use 0.02%-0.05%, while opaque tones typically require around 0.1%.
