They are widely used in the coloring of daily-use plastics, bobbin materials, industrial greases, paints, inks, masterbatches, and other materials. Some varieties are suitable for coloring and spinning of chemical fibers, polyester, nylon, acetate fibers, etc.

Scope of Application

High-grade plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or mixed in specific proportions to create various color tones as needed.

Dye Application

When these dyes are dissolved in a plastic melt, they distribute in a certain molecular form. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed for pre-plasticization or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted according to requirements. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes can achieve bright and transparent color tones. When used in combination with an appropriate amount of titanium white powder and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque color tones can be obtained. The dosage can be negotiated based on needs, with transparent tones generally requiring 0.02%-0.05%, and opaque tones typically requiring around 0.1%.
