Application Range

Advanced plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or blended in specific proportions to achieve various color tones as needed.

Dye Application

When these dyes dissolve in the plastic melt, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed for pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted according to requirements. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright and transparent tones. When used with an appropriate amount of titanium white powder and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque tones can be achieved. The dosage can be negotiated based on needs, with transparent tones typically using 0.02%-0.05%, and opaque tones normally using around 0.1%.
