Application Range

Advanced plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or blended in various proportions to achieve desired hues.

Dye Application

When these dyes dissolve in molten plastic, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed before pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted as needed. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright and transparent tones. When combined with an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque tones can be achieved. The dosage can be negotiated based on requirements, typically ranging from 0.02% to 0.05% for transparent tones and around 0.1% for opaque tones.

Quality Indicators

Heat resistance reaches 240°C–300°C.

Lightfastness levels are 6–7 and 7–8.

Migration resistance levels are 3–4 and 4–5.

Coloring strength is 100% ± 3%.

Moisture content is <1%.

Fineness passes through a 60-mesh sieve.
