Response Characteristics During Grid Abnormalities

      Photovoltaic power stations should possess certain low-voltage ride-through capabilities. When the grid connection point voltage drops to 20% of the nominal voltage, the photovoltaic power station must ensure uninterrupted grid operation for 1 second; if the voltage at the grid connection point recovers to 90% of the nominal voltage within 3 seconds after the drop, the photovoltaic power station must maintain uninterrupted grid operation.

      Photovoltaic power stations should have the ability to withstand abnormal system frequencies and must meet the corresponding requirements of the State Grid Corporation's "Technical Regulations for Connecting Photovoltaic Power Stations to the Grid" (Q/GDW617-2011) under grid frequency deviations.

      Overcurrent Capability: Photovoltaic power stations should possess a certain overcurrent capability. At currents up to 120% of the rated current, the continuous reliable operation time of the photovoltaic power station should be no less than 1 minute.

      Grid Reconnection: After a grid disturbance, the photovoltaic power station is not allowed to reconnect to the grid until the grid voltage and frequency return to normal ranges. Once the grid voltage and frequency are restored, reconnection must be carried out according to the instructions of the power dispatch department and must not be performed autonomously. All other technical requirements for photovoltaic power stations must comply with the State Grid Corporation's "Technical Regulations for Connecting Photovoltaic Power Stations to the Grid."
