? XP2100C is applicable for dipping, brushing, and spraying.
? XP2100C, through improved wax composition, effectively reduces the irritating odor of traditional rust preventive oils, is less prone to stratification, and does not require heating the entire drum before use.

Usage Method:

1. This wax film compound requires heating for use.
2. Before using the rust preventive oil, customers should be reminded to thoroughly clean and dry the workpiece.
3. Dipping or spraying methods are recommended for oil application.
4. It is advised to store oil-dipped workpieces indoors. If moisture is mixed in, the rust preventive performance should be re-evaluated, and water at the bottom of the oil tank should be drained after settling.
5. The rust protection period may vary depending on the workpiece material. Conduct thorough evaluation or consult our technical personnel before use.


Heating Precautions:

Method 1: Heat the compound alone to 75-85°C, then add the solvent while stirring. If solvents are involved, avoid open flame heating; use heating belts or industrial microwaves instead.
Method 2: First mix part of the solvent or base oil, then gradually heat to 45-55°C (this method can lower the required heating temperature).

If the prepared product is not transparent, it indicates that the wax in the rust preventive oil has not fully dissolved. Continue heating to approximately 45-55°C.
