Seat Model: Cook (Kook)
Specifications: Seat depth 520mm, seat width 420mm, seat height 600mm, center distance 420mm (or larger), platform height 300mm, step depth 850mm
Design Load: In addition to supporting the weight of the seats themselves, retractable mobile stands must meet a vertical static load ≥350kg/m, lateral swing load ≥36kgm. Guardrails must be designed to withstand horizontal forces, with a horizontal load capacity ≥65kg per meter and a vertical load capacity ≥100kg per meter.
Power System: The electric controller can use both handheld and wireless remote control systems. Specially designed drive system for mobile stands, with motor power 380V, 0.37KW (0.55KW), 50HZ, featuring low impact, smooth operation, and maintenance-free characteristics.
Seat Beams: Made of high-quality Q235 rectangular tube 60mm×40mm×3.75mm. The steel frame uses quick-assembly structural components, prohibiting on-site welding. All structural components are processed from ≥2mm thick Q235 steel plates bent into universal profiles.
Hinge System: Fully enclosed, consisting of permanently lubricated link arms (bearings contain lubricant), two independent hinges, and two bidirectional functional spring lift systems. The hinge device can withstand 350,000 operations without lubrication fatigue or measurable bearing wear.
Folding System: Utilizes gravity-based folding, simple and easy to operate, and very safe. It prevents damage caused by audience actions, avoiding safety hazards.
Castors: The castors at the bottom of the stand’s steel frame are made of polyurethane material with double bearings, load capacity ≥250Kg. They must not damage the floor or leave rolling marks when moving on the floor.
Flooring: Made of 18mm high-quality environmentally friendly multi-layer solid wood board, formed by high-temperature molding. The surface is covered with wear-resistant and anti-slip floor adhesive. The front edge of the stand uses aluminum alloy profile edge beams with luminous anti-slip strips.
Other Requirements: The railings on both sides of the seats are made of 40*40*2.0 steel tubes and ∮10 standard round steel, welded together. The color can be customized to match the industrial self-leveling color of the competition venue.Mobile Stand Seat Manufacturer
