Our company supplies integrated hydrant & water monitor firefighting devices, also known as integrated hydrant & monitor systems. This product is a combination of a fire monitor and a quick-opening, pressure-regulating, anti-freeze above-ground hydrant. Its feature is that it has both the function of a fire monitor and the function of a quick-opening, pressure-regulating, anti-freeze outdoor above-ground hydrant. When using the fire monitor, first use a hydrant wrench to open the valve of the quick-opening pressure-regulating hydrant, then open the ball valve below the fire monitor to spray water. When closing, first close the valve of the quick-opening pressure-regulating hydrant, wait for 5 minutes, and after the water in the pipe cavity of the fire monitor and the above-ground part of the quick-opening pressure-regulating hydrant is drained from the automatic drain outlet, then close the ball valve below the fire monitor. This operation is very important; otherwise, the equipment may freeze and be damaged.

Its structure uses a spring to seal the drain outlet and drain the remaining water from the monitor base and the inner cavity of the water monitor. When the sealed opening of the monitor base is opened for the water monitor to work, the water pressure compresses the spring to seal the drain outlet of the monitor base, providing excellent and reliable sealing performance. When the sealed opening of the monitor base is closed to stop the water monitor from working, the pressure in the inner cavity of the monitor base decreases, and the spring automatically pops open to drain the remaining water from the monitor base and the inner cavity of the water monitor, achieving an anti-freeze effect. When the outlet pressure is high, the outlet pressure can be adjusted by rotating the fire wrench to open or close, achieving a certain working outlet pressure and ensuring the water monitor sprays in optimal condition. Additionally, the self-draining monitor base of the integrated hydrant & monitor has multiple functions, including two 65mm couplings and a 150mm suction port. It can be installed in key fire protection areas such as petrochemical plants, oil fields, docks, ports, oil tank areas, pipelines, etc., and is also suitable for various fire trucks (ships), municipal, and environmental protection units.
