H1440 Series Automatic Welding Features:
1. Suitable for pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-elbow, pipe-to-tee, pipe-to-high-neck butt welding; pipe-to-flange, elbow-to-flange fillet welding
2. Adaptable to welding of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, and other materials
3. Equipped with TIG welding equipment
4. Integrated machine design, compact structure, mature and reliable; three-jaw self-centering chuck ensures accurate rotation and positioning
5. Welding operation arm + full-angle positioner + welding torch angle adjustment mechanism ensures multi-position and multi-angle conversion of the torch
6. Control system uses a large touch screen HMI for easy programming
7. Welding process storage capacity of 30 sets, allowing direct call-up of corresponding welding processes by number based on weldment specifications
8. Standard with arc length tracking system (AVC) and welding torch oscillation system (OSC)
9. CNC automatic wire feeder with automatic wire retraction and pulsating wire feed functions, high wire feeding accuracy
10. Forced circulation water cooling system ensures long-term reliable operation of the machine
