Copper Cable and Steel Cable Pass-Through Leishi Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment

Primarily cleans steel cables, copper cables, bar steel, etc. This equipment uses a three-phase five-wire power supply system, externally connectable to a 100A three-phase circuit breaker. The control cabinet is equipped with an emergency stop button. The entire setup is suitable for continuous pass-through cleaning, with multiple groups of ultrasonic vibration boxes arranged on both sides, enabling rapid and high-density ultrasonic emission, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

Leishi ultrasonic equipment mainly employs compressed ceramic disc transducers. Through powerful high-frequency vibrations, it strips oil, debris, and wax from the surface of passing cables, which are then flushed away by a circulating water system. The flowing liquid carries away dirt, grease, and powder. During use, simply thread the cable through the middle of the vibration box, adjust the height of the rollers in the tank to ensure smooth and rapid passage of the steel cable, and utilize the water jets on both sides to guide liquid flow. The Leishi ultrasonic cleaning equipment includes a circulating filtration tank for contaminants, ensuring a continuous supply of clean liquid to the cleaning tank.
