Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether Phosphate Ester

Rewocoros AL200 is an aluminum and magnesium corrosion inhibitor and extreme pressure lubricant, composed of ethoxylated fatty alcohol phosphate ester.

Performance Characteristics:

(1) Solubility: Soluble in mineral oil, synthetic esters, and ammonium salt solutions; dispersible in water without affecting appearance and performance;

(2) Compared to phosphate esters like T304, AL 200 contains no free phosphoric acid, offering superior extreme pressure and anti-wear effects;

(3) Provides excellent corrosion protection for aluminum;

(4) When used in rolling processes, it offers good cleanability after annealing, effectively preventing oil stains;

(5) Its unique block structure ensures that the formed extreme pressure film is resistant to hydrolysis and non-corrosive to metals such as steel and copper;

Typical Applications:

(1) AL 200 is recommended for processes such as rolling, cutting, drawing, and stamping. Dosage varies depending on process requirements: 0.5%-5%; recommended for emulsified oils and micro-emulsion systems;

(2) Since AL 200 is acidic, to achieve a certain pH and form a P-N system, it is advised to neutralize AL 200 with triethanolamine before use. The neutralization ratio is AL 200 : triethanolamine = 1 : 0.38;

(3) For fully synthetic fluids, after direct dilution, it is recommended to neutralize AL 200 with a sufficient amount of low-concentration amine salts (e.g., triethanolamine, carboxylic acid amines, etc.) before adding it to soft water. (Tap water is not recommended to avoid turbidity.) Alternatively, it can be directly added to fully synthetic fluids, but additional alkali should be incorporated into the system;

(4) For industrial cleaning, it can be neutralized with NaOH or Na2CO3 for use, effectively preventing aluminum corrosion.
