The company covers an area of 289 acres with a registered capital of 200 million RMB and was taken over by Jiangsu Zhongqi Technology Co., Ltd. on November 22, 2023. The first-phase construction project, "Annual Production of 3,000 Tons of Pentachloropyridine, 2,600 Tons of 2-Hydrazino-4-methylbenzothiazole, and Other Specialized Fine Chemicals Totaling 10,800 Tons," commenced construction in March 2021. All civil engineering has been completed, and some workshops have already begun production. The second-phase project, "Annual Production of 2,500 Tons of Puma Acid and Other Fine Chemicals," started construction in 2023, with some facilities already in trial production.

In accordance with the development plan of Jiangsu Zhongqi Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Langsheng Technology Co., Ltd. will focus on developing high-tech, high-value-added pesticide intermediates and other specialized fine chemicals.
