2. Working Principle of ZSTWB16/120 High-Speed Water Mist Nozzle

This series of water mist nozzles are centrifugal atomizing nozzles with the inlet and outlet aligned in a straight line. They split a pressurized water flow into two streams: one is a rotating flow with centrifugal velocity moving along the inner wall, and the other is a straight flow with axial velocity. The two streams converge at the nozzle outlet and are ejected at their combined velocity, forming fine mist droplets. The emitted water mist is relatively uniform and is sprayed onto the surface of the protected object at a specific atomization angle to achieve protective cooling or fire extinguishing purposes.
