III. ZSXF Groove Signal Butterfly Valve Installation, Maintenance, and Care:

1. During installation, the connection ports of the pipe sections on both sides must be concentric with the signal valve. Any slight misalignment between the signal valve and the pipe connection may affect the open/close function of the fire signal valve.

2. When operating the worm gear-type fire signal valve, excessive force should not be applied, as it may damage the worm gear teeth.

3. No additional flange sealing gaskets are required when connecting and installing this valve.

4. During handling and installation, care must be taken to protect the rubber sealing surfaces on both flanges, the inner cavity sealing surfaces, the circumferential sealing surfaces of the butterfly disc, and the micro switch. Avoid scratches, abrasions, cracks, or other damage that could affect sealing performance and the normal operation of the electrical signal system.

5. After installation, before conducting the pipeline sealing pressure test, fully open the valve's butterfly disc. Flush the inner cavity of the pipeline clean; otherwise, the butterfly valve may not close tightly.
