This viscometer is an upgraded version based on the original NDJ-79 model. Its functions and performance meet or exceed the advanced level of similar foreign models. It adopts a microcomputer processor as the core, featuring a high-subdivision stepper motor drive and a digital display viscosity measurement system. With stable and precise rotational speed, clearly labeled buttons, and programmed design, it is easy to operate. Measurement data is invalid when the torque is below 10% or above 100%. The RTD temperature probe enables real-time monitoring and measurement of viscosity temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The screen directly displays viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentage torque, and rotor number. It comes standard with an RS232 interface. The main control board and subdivision drive board both use SMT technology, and the circuit design incorporates the latest microcomputer processors with a rational structural layout. The instrument's full-scale and multi-range linearity are all calibrated using dedicated software, ensuring that its measurement performance and functions reach the advanced level of similar foreign models.
