Under the influence of a high-frequency electric field, dielectric materials undergo molecular polarization and align along the direction of the electric field. Due to the rapid change in direction of the high-frequency electric field, the dielectric material heats up as a result of dielectric loss. This type of high-frequency plastic welding equipment falls under the category of high-frequency dielectric heating devices, capable of generating stable high-frequency electromagnetic waves to ensure uniform temperature and welding quality during the processing.

Pneumatic drive: The lifting and positioning of the mold are achieved through a pneumatic device, making the operation more stable and precise, reducing mechanical wear, and extending the equipment's service life.

Workers only need to gently step on the foot switch to complete the entire processing process. Stable high-frequency output: The equipment can generate stable high-frequency electromagnetic waves, ensuring uniform temperature and welding quality during the processing.

High-sensitivity spark preventer: The equipment is equipped with a high-sensitivity spark preventer that automatically cuts off the power supply when excessive current is detected, effectively preventing safety accidents such as fires caused by short circuits or overloads.

Adjustable pressure: The pressure of the high-frequency machine head can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the requirements for high-frequency welding depth. This design allows the equipment to be suitable for processing workpieces of different materials and thicknesses.
