High-alumina bricks are a new type of refractory material made primarily from high-purity alumina, with the addition of appropriate amounts of noble metal catalysts, rare earth elements, boric acid, and other additives. The high-purity alumina content in high-alumina bricks reaches over 90%, with no other impurities. As a result, high-alumina bricks exhibit excellent refractory properties and corrosion resistance, making them widely used in the manufacturing of linings and components for various high-temperature equipment.
Physical Properties:
a. High-Temperature Resistance: High-alumina bricks demonstrate good stability and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, capable of long-term use within the range of 1300°C to 1700°C.
b. Wear Resistance: High-alumina bricks possess excellent wear resistance, able to withstand mechanical wear and chemical erosion under high temperatures.
c. Thermal Conductivity: High-alumina bricks can withstand mechanical wear and chemical erosion at high temperatures while efficiently transferring the required heat, ensuring the normal operation of high-temperature equipment.

d. Shock Resistance: High-alumina bricks exhibit good shock resistance when subjected to mechanical impact, reducing the likelihood of cracking or breaking.
