1: Automatically measures the number of volleyball bumps, reflecting the strength and flexibility of the upper limb muscle groups;
2: Wide-distance bilateral infrared probes automatically sense the up and down trajectory of the volleyball and calculate the effective count;
Main Unit:
1) The main unit adopts an industrial-grade CONTEX-M3 CPU, directly controlling the underlying hardware, with completely independent intellectual property development. It features a closed 32-bit proprietary encrypted operating system, ensuring system stability and security, and avoiding interference from public network viruses. It is a closed-source system with instant startup, not an Android system.
2) The main unit uses dual-chip storage for data backup, with a storage capacity of 60,000 to 120,000 records. It provides full-process voice prompts (adjustable volume and option to turn off prompts). The main unit features a 7-inch touch color display system with adjustable backlight brightness (the screen has touch functionality, and all functions of the main unit can be operated via the touchscreen).
3) The main unit (standard configuration) includes an audio interface for external speakers for amplification; it has charging indicator lights and USB insertion indicator lights;
4) The main unit has ≥2 USB ports; the main unit (standard configuration) includes a built-in imaging QR code and barcode scanner (for quick entry of tester information); the main unit can be optionally equipped with built-in non-contact IC card and ID card functionality; the main unit (standard configuration) supports USB interface barcode scanners for quick entry of tester information; the main unit supports mechanical key input for test numbers (also supports full keyboard input via touchscreen, allowing input of test numbers containing digits or letters); the main unit (standard configuration) supports batch import of tester information via USB interface for quick "roll call testing"; when entering test numbers, it features an incremental function for convenient and quick information entry.
5) The main unit adopts a menu-driven, WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface with full-process voice (adjustable volume and output) prompts for user-friendly operation. Simple training is sufficient for independent operation. Operators do not have permission to delete test data; only administrators have data management privileges to ensure data security.
6) Data networking is fully wireless, allowing real-time or batch transmission, using 2.4G communication (for long-distance, large-scale networking). The high-power, high-frequency wireless communication module offers long transmission distance, strong diffraction and penetration capabilities, and large network capacity. Wireless communication forms a closed-loop local self-organizing network, avoiding interference from public network viruses. The experimental transmission distance of the 2.4G module in open areas can reach up to 2 kilometers.
7) The main unit uses silicone keys with a long service life. It features a 4*5 matrix 20-grid multifunctional key design, tested for 100,000 cycles of durability and fatigue performance, ensuring key text remains clear and does not wear off. It also includes anti-slip functionality to prevent finger slipping and miskeying.
8) Supports dual power sources: DC/AC; built-in high-capacity lithium battery, allowing continuous operation for over 10 hours, with full-process battery level display on the screen.
9) The main unit is versatile. Users can select via menu keys and touchscreen operation, instantly pairing with any peripheral device, enhancing the unit's reusability and reliability. The main unit operates without connecting to a computer and can switch between any test items without modifying the main unit's program. All communication between peripherals and the main unit uses the ANT 2.4G communication protocol.
10) Test result data from the main unit can be quickly exported to a USB drive and then imported into physical test data management software on a PC office computer (avoiding long waits for batch uploads and the issue of being unable to collect data in batches when the PC is not near the device).
