WL15A-Pro CCD Full Spectrum Direct Reading Spectrometer

The WL15A-Pro CCD Full Spectrum Direct Reading Spectrometer features a new design for enhanced usability. It employs a powerful new generation of spectral analysis technology, maintaining vacuum stability over extended periods to deliver more stable, accurate, and reliable measurement results. The expanded wavelength range of the Rowland grating spectrometer chamber, now 120–800 nm, provides advanced material analysis solutions for every spectrometer user.

Detector - Charge-Coupled Device - CCD

Toshiba, Sony, Hamamatsu (back-illuminated CCD and CMOS options available). The selected detectors offer high sensitivity, wide linear range, excellent reproducibility, stability, fast response speed, and predictable responses to different substances.

2. Digital excitation energy adjustment; dual-spark combined discharge: ensures more stable sample excitation;

3. Argon pressure electronic sensing protection device: enhances safety and maintains constant excitation pressure;

Analysis Software

1. Runs fully Chinese analysis software under Windows system, with multi-language version switching available as needed. Automatic setup of analysis parameters, excitation, rinsing, and pre-ignition exposure time selection.

2. Automatic data acquisition, automatic fitting of working curves using the least squares principle.

3. Automatic two-point or single-point standardization of analysis curves.

4. Automatic control sample correction; one analysis curve can be corrected with single or multiple control samples.

5. Output options: intensity, intensity ratio, concentration, corrected concentration.

6. Repeat one or multiple excitations at the same point, delete one or multiple excitation results.

7. Automatic calculation of average, SD, and RSD.

8. Automatic correction for inter-element interference and background.

9. Shared standard material library.

10. Test results can be printed, saved to disk; print formats can be customized or exported to Word documents for storage.
