I. Overview of Fluidized Bed Granulator Equipment

The fluidized bed granulator is mainly used for mixing, granulating, and drying powdered materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Examples include tablet granules, instant beverages, and condiments.

The powdered material particles are in a fluidized boiling state in the fluidized bed. After preheating and mixing with purified hot air, a binder solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into binder-containing agglomerates. As the hot air continuously dries the material, moisture in the agglomerates evaporates, and the binder solidifies. This process repeats continuously, forming ideal, uniform, multi-microporous spherical particles.
