Slow Strain Rate Stress Corrosion Testing Machine

Product Introduction: The Slow Strain Rate (SSRT) Stress Corrosion (SCC) Testing Machine is used to conduct corrosion slow strain tests on materials in corrosive environments. The optional test vessel provides experimental conditions in a medium environment, enabling testing from room temperature to high temperature, and from atmospheric pressure to high pressure. Equipped with a DCPD crack propagation measurement system and a loading unit for fatigue testing, it enables corrosion fatigue loading in corrosive environments, along with continuous crack propagation length and crack growth rate measurements. The standard configuration includes a slow loading system, which extrapolates material change characteristics over 1000 hours and longer through 100-hour experiments.

System Composition: This testing system consists of a tensile loading system, a corrosive environment container (test vessel), test fixtures, measurement and control system, testing software, computer, control cabinet, and other components. Expandable configurations include the DCPD crack measurement system, among others. Test fixtures: 1) Fixture material: 304 (to be determined); 2) Configured with 7/16" (M10) round specimen fixtures; 3) Configured with plate specimen fixtures; 4) Plate corrosion bending fixtures (optional).
