Technical requirements for moisture-proof sealed doors and windows

1. Air tightness performance: Must meet the air tightness requirements of GJB2805B-2021;

2. Water tightness performance: Must meet the water tightness requirements of GJB2805B-2021;

3. Wind pressure resistance performance: Must meet the wind pressure resistance requirements of GJB2805B-2021;

4. Air sound insulation performance: Must meet the air sound insulation requirements of GJB2805B-2021;

5. Production of sealed doors and ventilation doors: Both door leaf and door frame skeletons are made of galvanized square tubes, with connections at tube joints requiring dual fixation using mortise and tenon plus welding methods for firmness.

6. The interior of the sealed door leaf is filled with fireproof, explosion-proof, and thermal insulation rock wool to achieve thermal insulation, fireproof, and explosion-proof performance; ventilation doors use square steel, with barriers made of diamond mesh screens, equipped with concealed beam locks and three-way mechanical locks to ensure ventilation, safety, insect and rodent prevention, and other functions;

7. The sealing strip for sealed doors uses hollow square rubber, with a cross-sectional size of 33*28, ensuring airtightness and service life;
