Guangzhou Kangtong KT independently developed high-performance circuit modules, featuring stability, high efficiency, and energy savings. They are compatible with most PLC automatic control systems (standard) and 485 communication functions (optional) available on the market, to meet the complex usage scenarios of clients. This allows remote monitoring and control of the machine's operational status, and supports the expansion of various IO and communication interfaces (customizable). Compared to conventional ozone generators, it offers significant improvements in performance, functionality, and ease of use. The modular design of the entire machine greatly facilitates installation, inspection, and maintenance.

High-Efficiency Discharge Tube

The core technology and equipment of the ozone system are the discharge tubes in the generator, which directly affect the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment. The Guangzhou Kangtong KT-K/T series ozone generation system adopts a micro-gap dielectric barrier discharge design with multiple proprietary patented technologies. This not only significantly enhances operational efficiency but also increases the safety and reliability of continuous system operation. The technical parameters of the ozone system, such as an ozone concentration of 270mg/l, rated ozone concentration of 150mg/l, and unit ozone power consumption of 8.5kwh, have reached the advanced level of similar international products.

Due to the use of micro-gap discharge technology, the system's operating voltage is reduced to 4 kV, far below the withstand voltage level of glass tube insulating media, effectively avoiding dielectric breakdown and short-circuit faults, thereby improving operational reliability. Additionally, the use of high-frequency discharge technology enhances the efficiency of the ozone generator and significantly reduces its size.

Ozone GeneratorThe modular design method adopted for the discharge units makes the installation, inspection, and maintenance of the equipment much easier. All equipment is manufactured using high-quality ozone-resistant materials such as stainless steel SS316L and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), ensuring long-term operational reliability.
