Fully Automatic (Pressure Differential) Self-Cleaning Filter
　 This equipment comes in vertical and horizontal types. When water flows through the filter cylinder, a pressure differential is generated at the inlet. As the equipment operates, the pressure differential increases. When it reaches a preset value, the automatic cleaning device starts working, with a cleaning process lasting 15 seconds to 4 minutes.

YGL-S Type Medium and High-Speed Mechanical Filter:

The YGL-S type medium and high-speed mechanical filter ensures high-quality effluent even when the raw water has high suspended solids. It features fast filtration speed, large water treatment capacity, and a small footprint. The filtration media include gravel, quartz sand, ceramic granules, etc. Filtration Capacity: 20T/h-800T/h; Maximum Filtration Rate: 40m/h; Working Pressure ≤0.6Mpa; Effluent Quality: Suspended Solids ≤10mg/l, Oil ≤5.15mg/l.

Precision Filter:

The YGL-J type precision filter typically uses titanium steel, stainless steel, PVC, etc., as the housing, with pressure-type honeycomb tubular fiber filter elements or foam tubular filter elements as the filter media. It is suitable for water with suspended solids less than 2-5mg/L, providing excellent filtration results.
Filtration precision levels: 0.2, 0.45, 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100 microns, ten grades in total. Different precision filter elements result in different effluent quality and flow rates; higher flow rates correspond to lower filtration precision. Filtration Capacity: 0.5T/h-36T/h.

Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Equipment

The YCZW type ultrafiltration equipment is a membrane separation technology used for the separation of macromolecules in solutions, enabling the grading, concentration, and purification of useful substances. 　　The gravity valve-less filter primarily uses the siphon principle for periodic automatic flushing, requiring no backwash pump or additional valves. There are two main series of valve-less filters: one is the CBL square filter, with a filtration capacity of 20～175m3/h, and the other is the DLB round filter, with a filtration capacity of 20～750m3/h.
