1. Product Introduction of Rotary Rake Type Bar Screen Grit Remover
    It is used in the water intake of tap water industry and power plants, and can also serve as a pre-screening device in wastewater treatment processes for industries such as textiles, food processing, papermaking, and leather. It is one of the most advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China.
2. Working Principle of Rotary Rake Type Bar Screen Grit Remover
    The rotary bar screen grit remover consists of a unique set of rake teeth assembled into a rotating bar screen chain. Driven by a motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates counter to the direction of water flow.
    When the rake tooth chain moves to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the sprocket and curved rail, relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each set of rake teeth, allowing most solid materials to fall by gravity. Another part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to sweep away debris adhering to the rake teeth.
    The rake tooth chain is similar to a bar screen in the direction of water flow. The gap between the rake teeth mounted on the chain shaft can be selected according to usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended matter from the fluid, it ensures smooth water flow. The entire working process can be continuous or intermittent.

(1)．Equipment and Rake Tooth Specifications
Equipment specifications are divided into GSLY300-3600 types based on machine width. For machine widths exceeding 1800mm, parallel machines are made. Rake tooth gaps are available in various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm. Selection is based on water flow rate, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation volume, and the shape and particle size of the separated material, along with the choice of different materials.

The standard ditch depth for the equipment is 1535mm, and it can be extended arbitrarily according to user needs and actual usage conditions. Special specifications are designed separately.
