| The JTG stepped bar screen is a type of fine screen primarily designed for separating solid debris smaller than 10mm. It features a special transmission mechanism and a dedicated stepped blade clamping system. During operation, the intercepted screenings are transported upward step by step through the alternating misalignment of moving and stationary blades, which not only self-cleans the screen surface but also conveys solid debris to the discharge port. This equipment is mainly used at water intake points of water treatment plants following coarse screens or in wastewater treatment plants for removing fine solid impurities from water. During the process of intercepting and clearing debris, due to the relative movement of stationary and moving blades, there is no entanglement or jamming of waste. 2. Simple, compact, and rational structure with few transmission parts; frame-type structure with high rigidity and long service life. 3. Specially designed moving and stationary blade clamps facilitate installation, maintenance, and disassembly, reliably ensuring fixed gaps for safe and dependable operation. 4. Bottom sand flushing: The equipment uses high-pressure water flushing to prevent sediment accumulation at the bottom, ensuring normal operation of the moving blades. 5. The equipment can be constructed as a fully sealed structure, causing no pollution to the surrounding environment. 6. The equipment can adopt PLC automatic control or timed control. A manual switch is provided on-site for convenient testing and maintenance. The control box also includes terminal interfaces reserved for connection to a central control room, enabling remote control. Flexible, safe, and stable operation.
