I. Purpose of the Bearing Heater The GJT30 bearing heater is mainly used for heating bearings and ring-type metal parts to cause expansion, meeting the needs of interference fit assembly or disassembly.

● Structure of the Bearing Heater The GJT30 bearing heater consists of a dry self-cooled power frequency induction heating device (hereinafter referred to as the main unit) and control equipment.

● Working Principle of the Bearing Heater

     1. Short-Circuit Heating: The main unit is a specially structured transformer with a movable yoke used to directly pass through bearings or other workpieces to be heated. During operation, when the main unit is powered on, a short-circuit current is induced in the workpiece (equivalent to a secondary winding), causing it to heat up.

     2. Eddy Current Heating: The workpiece to be heated and the iron core of the main unit form a closed magnetic circuit. During operation, the magnetic flux lines from the main unit generate eddy currents in the workpiece, resulting in rapid heating.
