Product Introduction
The aerobic biological fluidized bed process uses three-dimensional hollow carriers as aerobic biological media. The carriers have a hollow structure and remain suspended in water during normal operation. Anaerobic bacteria grow inside the carriers, enabling denitrification for nitrogen removal, while aerobic bacteria grow externally to degrade organic matter. The entire treatment process simultaneously involves both nitrification and denitrification.

Made from high-quality copolymer materials, it does not degrade after prolonged immersion in wastewater and is non-toxic to microorganisms, outperforming materials like polyvinyl chloride.
Unique structure: The hollow carrier consists of three concentric hollow circles, each with one internal rib and 36 external ribs. Developed through extensive research and manufactured via one-step molding.
High specific surface area: While conventional microbial carriers have a specific surface area of 90–180 m2/m3, the hollow carrier achieves up to 600 m2/m3, with a dual specific surface area exceeding 860 m2/m3. This high surface area supports high biomass concentration per unit volume, enabling shorter hydraulic retention times.
High microbial activity: The biofilm on the carrier surface remains highly active due to fluidized collisions and aeration scouring, keeping microorganisms in the logarithmic growth phase and ensuring high treatment efficiency.
Floating-type design allows easy replacement and long service life.
Strong capability for denitrification and organic matter decomposition, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen.
