Introduction to Dosing Devices:

    The integrated dosing device uses a metering pump as the main dosing equipment, assembling components such as the solution tank, agitator, dosing device, level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipelines, valves, base, ladder, automatic monitoring system, and electrical control system onto a common platform according to the process requirements, forming a module, known as a skid-mounted combined unit. 　　 

    The dosing device adopts an integrated mechanical and electrical structure, which can be divided into fixed and mobile (trolley-type) types for installation. Each type of dosing device is equipped with an agitation system, dosing system, and automatic control system. Several fixed skid-mounted units can be combined into a whole, and with the frequency conversion control system, local control, remote automatic control, and manual and automatic switching of dosing can be achieved. It features a compact structure, small size, low noise, stable operation, simple installation, and easy operation. 　　 

    Through different process designs, the dosing device precisely configures solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals, which are then accurately dosed using metering pumps to meet various design requirements, such as descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid addition, alkali addition, etc. The dosing process can be manually operated or automated through various electrical devices and instruments like PCs, magnetic flap level gauges, pH meters, stroke controllers, and frequency converters, making the dosing device an integrated mechanical and electrical product for automatic control. 　　 

    The dosing amount and pressure of the dosing device can be selected based on the needs of the industrial process by choosing an appropriate metering pump. Flow rates from 1L/h to 8000L/h and pressures from 0.1MPa to 25MPa can be accommodated with suitable products. The metering accuracy of the pump can be as high as ±1%, and it can handle multiple media simultaneously with individual adjustments. The solution tank capacity in the dosing device can range from a minimum of 0.1m3 to 20m3, selected based on the dosing requirements. Depending on the medium being transported, various materials are available, such as carbon steel (rubber-lined carbon steel), stainless steel, and non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
