Working Principle

  The polymer solution preparation process is completed through step-by-step treatment in individual solution tanks, which are separated from each other. This ensures optimal reaction time and constant concentration in each tank, avoiding any direct pathway between the pre-mixing tank and the final solution tank. The equipment is automatically controlled by a control box connected to a level gauge installed in the final solution tank. Once the liquid level reaches the "low" position, the electric water inlet valve is triggered to open. A contact flow meter activates the dry feeder, with the feeding amount adjusted according to the water volume to achieve precise concentration. Once the "high" level is reached, this cycle stops, although the two (or three) agitators continue to operate. The equipment is also used for the continuous and automatic preparation of standard dilution concentrations (0.3-5g/L) of latex cationic, anionic, or non-ionic polymers. Although it is generally believed that latex polymers require significantly less maturation time than powdered polymers to form a standard solution, sufficient maturation time is always recommended to achieve optimal chemical consumption efficiency.
