Overview
    The JY-260 Rotating Mixing Aerator is a new type of aeration device manufactured by our company. It is developed and improved based on commonly used spiral aerators, radial flow aerators, and Jinshan-type aerators. This product features simple structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, high oxygen utilization rate, resistance to clogging, and easy installation.

Main Features
    The JY-260 Rotating Mixing Aerator adopts a multi-layer spiral cutting method for oxygen aeration. When airflow enters the JY-260 mixing aerator, it first passes through a two-stage spiral cutting system and then enters the lower multi-layer serrated air distribution head for further multi-layer cutting, breaking the bubbles into micro-bubbles. This significantly improves oxygen utilization and ensures uniform air distribution and high oxygen transfer efficiency.

Application Range
    The JY-260 Rotating Mixing Aerator is suitable for large, medium, and small-scale industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage treatment using activated sludge processes, biological contact oxidation processes, as well as pre-aeration in regulating tanks. It is widely used in various aeration tanks for plug-flow and completely mixed biochemical treatment systems.|
