The HSY-0956A fully automatic folded-tube kinematic viscosity tester is an automated kinematic viscosity measurement instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard SH/T 0956 "Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Transparent and Opaque Liquids by Folded-Tube Automatic Viscometer" and the test method requirements of the American standard ASTM D7279. It is suitable for determining the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids using a folded-tube automatic viscometer, such as base oils, blended lubricating oils, diesel, biodiesel, biodiesel blends, residual fuel oils, marine oils, and in-service lubricating oils.

I. Performance Features

1. Fully automatic control of the test process; one-touch operation initiates detection. During the test, bath temperature heating, constant temperature, viscosity value measurement, repeatability calculation, viscometer cleaning, drying, test result calculation, saving, and printing are all completed automatically.

2. The instrument is equipped with a high-definition 7-inch high-resolution 800*480 pixels LCD touch screen, controlled via touch screen buttons; no additional physical buttons or knobs. The human-machine interface displays in Chinese.

3. The instrument features automatic rapid measurement of the kinematic viscosity of oil products, providing results within 5 minutes. The entire process, including sample injection, viscosity measurement, viscometer cleaning and drying, and test result calculation, takes less than 10 minutes.

4. The folded-tube viscometer is strictly produced according to standard requirements, with no additional branches for non-standard calibration and quantification.

5. Utilizes high-precision temperature sensors; the constant temperature bath offers uniform temperature, stable and precise constant temperature, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.01°C.

6. The instrument is equipped with a dual-solvent automatic cleaning function, enabling quick and thorough cleaning of the viscometer. The cleaning process consumes less than 10 milliliters of cleaning solution.

7. The instrument features both software and hardware over-temperature protection and dry-burn protection functions.

8. Viscometer replacement is convenient and quick: operators can replace the viscometer as needed without draining the oil, and the replacement can be completed within 1 minute.

9. The instrument automatically maintains constant vacuum pressure, automatically detects, and automatically maintains pressure.

10. The instrument is equipped with constant calibration, temperature calibration, and internal clock timing verification.

11. The constant temperature bath uses a single-layer high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass tank, offering good transparency and excellent thermal insulation.
