The HSY-432D Online Oil Contamination Particle Size Analyzer adopts the light obstruction (extinction) method counting principle specified by international hydraulic standards. It is specifically designed for on-site online measurement and oil contamination level detection. It features compact size, light weight, fast detection speed, high precision, and excellent repeatability, and can operate under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. It is suitable for engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e., insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, water-based fluids (such as water-based hydraulic oil, water-glycol, etc.), alcohols, ketones, and all other light-transmitting solvents. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, and other fields.
