The XRY-1E Fully Automatic Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter (Calorimeter) is used to determine the calorific value of combustible materials such as solids and liquids (coal, gangue, brick factories, petroleum products, food, wood). This instrument is a new energy-saving analytical instrument developed by our company, with a meticulously designed calculation program that significantly improves measurement accuracy. It features a color touch display with full Chinese interface, providing excellent user interaction. The measurement process is automatically controlled to reduce human error. It prints bomb calorific value, dry basis gross calorific value, analysis basis gross calorific value, analysis basis net calorific value, and as-received basis calorific value, with clear and understandable results.

III. XRY-1E Fully Automatic Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter (Calorimeter)Working Principle

A 0.9~1.1g sample is placed in a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant crucible, which is then placed inside an oxygen bomb filled with 2.8~3.2MPa oxygen. The bomb is inserted into the inner cylinder of the calorimeter, which contains a fixed amount of distilled water. The heat released by the combustion of the combustible material heats the distilled water. Based on the rise in water temperature and the heat capacity of the calorimetric system, the calorific value of the combustible material is calculated.
